Welcome to UU Compassionate Transportation. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
We offer non-emergency, pre-scheduled transportation services designed to support individuals with mobility or healthcare-related needs.
2. Booking Policy
All transportation services must be scheduled in advance and confirmed prior to the appointment time.
3. Cancellation Policy
Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
4. Punctuality & Wait Time
Drivers strive to arrive on time. A grace period of 10–15 minutes will be provided. Additional wait time may result in extra charges or cancellation of the trip.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information
- Be ready at the scheduled pickup time
- Ensure a safe environment for pickup and drop-off
6. Limitation of Liability
While we prioritize safety and reliability, UU Compassionate Transportation is not liable for delays or disruptions caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
7. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if safety concerns arise or if conditions are deemed inappropriate for transportation.
